SEGM: False Assumptions About Gender Affirmation For Minors

I blogged about this several months ago and wanted to highlight again these findings from the Society of Evidence Based Gender Medicine.

The Science is not SETTLED, as some would say.

The article “False Assumptions about Gender Affirmation in Minors” on segm.org addresses common misconceptions related to gender-affirming care for transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) youth. The clinicians and researchers at SEGM seek to debunk these false assumptions by presenting scientific evidence, expert opinions, and ethical considerations. The article focuses on three main topics: the myth of universally positive outcomes, the lack of evidence for the necessity of early interventions, and ethical concerns.

Please take a look. And familiarize yourself with the unsettled science!

I’m a Classic Christian and think Gender Ideology is anti-creational to the core. This blog is about “God’s Good Creation.” That’s why I’m writing about Gender Ideology. And “speaking up” as I’m confident Jesus would.

"Have you not read that the one who made them at the beginning 'made them male and female.'" [Matt 19:4]
