Saying NO to Parents

Here is a group of Elementary school teachers who will tell parents NO (see below). Because in loco parentis¹in place of the parent is an outdated notion & no longer applies.

Make note of the phrase “care giver” used by the first teacher instead of the more traditional word “parent.” That phrase applies to the teacher as well as the parent. Get the point?

Most parents who learn this is happening in their child’s Elementary School will work to see their state laws changed. Like what just happened in Florida. They may even clamor for School Choice.

🚨 During a “Creating and Sustaining GSAs in Elementary Schools” virtual panel, teachers were asked if they would abide by a parent’s request to use their child's legal name and sex-based pronouns instead of the child’s chosen name and preferred pronouns.
