So you’ve seen the Heights. This is how you get there. As I wrote in my first Beacon Heights post, the trail is moderately difficult. But if you take your time, most people can do this. One mile round-trip.

Like many, I’m a Lord of the Rings fan. I spotted two Elven cottages right here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I thought you’d like to take a look. The music for this video is rather dramatic. But I think it worked well. I would love to hear what you think.
